Each document contains design for each module in addition to the basic information for the course in the beginning of the document (audience, objectives, modules, delivery strategy, etc.) Microsoft Word used to create documents. Course Storyboards: This was a 6 module course with a Storyboard document created per module. Two of the six Storyboards provided as samples. Microsoft Word used to create documents. Computer Based Training Modules: These modules were part of the course created per the Course Storyboard samples provided above. This course (multi-module) was launched to external clients for their use to assist them in obtaining and retaining their own clients in the financial management industry. Articulate Presenter used to create training modules. 	Some of the content was provided by a SME but I did have to supplement with additional content to explain some concepts and background to the learner.  	I designed the course with review and feedback provided by the client SME to complete the development.  	A script was written and the audio recorded by me then inserted into the module. User Guide Manual: This document was created as an online (or printable) reference for users of a workflow documentation system. The document contains background information about the workflow process then step by step instructions to guide the user through the system depending on the task to be performed. Sample below is just one section of the User Guide Manual created for learners. Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat Professional used to create document. Activity for Online Course: This activity was created as part of an online course. The content on the screen was supplemented with audio narration as noted in the document under each section of the activity. Articulate Engage used to create this activity then inserted in course created with Articulate Presenter. 	I created the activity and much of the content was provided to me in rough form then I massaged the content when putting it in the activity.  	I also recorded the audio and inserted that in to the activity.

The document contains background information about the system then step by step instructions to guide the user through the system depending on the task to be performed. Sample below is the manual created for learners. Microsoft Word and Foxit PhantomPDF (similar to Adobe Acrobat Professional) were used to create document.
